| Wireless Security Check: With a wireless security check, we will connect to your computer and reconfigure your router so it is more secure. We will make sure your firewall is set correctly and that you are using the very best encryption methods. Once we have set up your router, we will perform an online security check to confirm your firewall has no leaks. After you hang up, we will also email you a record of your routers settings just in case you need to reconfigure it yourself in future. | £25 |

| Spring Clean: PCs can clog up with dust and dirt over time. This can hinder your computer’s performance. PCs need to be kept cool to operate efficiently. If your PC hasn’t been cleaned in a while, let us do it for you. We will blast the dust out of your machine and give it an all round clean making sure all air vents are clear and there is adequate airflow. | £15 per machine. |
| Printer Installations/Sharing: We can setup your printer for you. We’ll even share it out so others on your network can print too. Existing network required. | IT Training – 1 Hour: If you are not too familiar with a PC, or have an inquisitive nature and want some questions answered, we can sit down with you and train you on lots of common tasks so you can become a master of your machine. | Driver MOT: Why not give your pc a tune up. We can download and install the latest software drivers for your hardware. This will increase performance and fix any bugs that could occur. | PC Installation: Buying your computing equipment is the first step. If you have purchased your equipment and it needs setting up, Santao will take pleasure in installing all of your equipment for you. | Remote Server Support: We can provide you with remote server support to troubleshoot and maintain your servers. Server maintenance is what our engineers are trained for.
